When Clementine and the group arrive at the community he is first seen on the shelves with his gun. He later speaks with Tavia while doing guard duty on the rooftop. When Clementine activates the speakers to attract the Walkers he quickly goes to the office.

(If Alvin is alive) When entering the room he shoots Alvin in the shoulder but is shot by him in the chest.
(Alvin is dead) Clementine blocks the door, making it for Hank not able to open the door and leaves his status unknown.

"Amid The Ruins"Edit

If Alvin died at the lodge, Hank will be fighting alongisde his group to protect the community from the incoming horde.
